Esti multumit de felul in care te intelegi cu colectivul din care faci parte. Ai si tu un rol central, de lider, si cand esti ascultat si ti se mai si respecta indrumarile, ai motive de satisfactie. Ai un talent special de conducator, ca atare, daca esti lasat sa te manifesti in voie, toti ar avea numai de castigat. Daca scopul tau major, in acest moment, este sa obtii un premiu, o functie superioara sau o nota buna, ai toate sansele sa le dobandesti."

Ce coincidenta bizara ..azi in sedinta managerul meu a anuntat ca imi incep perioada de proba..pt o pozitie similara
